Criss Angel - Again

Well, if ya'll remember, Criss was supposed to do a few more questions for my interview which he did back in November. I finally got the rest back! It seemed long enough to stand on its own so I gave it a new page. He does a pretty good job here and very dryly replies to my sarcastic questions. Hope he doesn't hate me for em! :)

1) Tell us about your music & your musical taste.
What instruments do you play, if any?
My appetite is for anything that's well written.
drums, percussion, vox

Whats in your cd player right now?
I have a bunch of CDs in my car at this time:
Bjork, Floyd, Beatles, Sabbath, Cars, Missy Elliot, Korn, Cirque, Sting and some new material I'm working on.

If you were born in the 1800s, as you said in a previous answer, what was the first concert you ever attended?
I don't remember it's been a few years.

2) Why does one stick a long needle into themself? Or hang themself from hooks for hours? Do you like pain?
I like pushing my own envelope. What's pain - a state of mind? Pleasure???

3) You have birds in your show, how long does it take to train them?
Generally 3-4 hours everyday for about 3 months. Then you must continue the same regiment of feeding and flying them.

This is not a counting error, Criss declined to answer a question regarding the similarity between imagery in The Crow and imagery in his own advertising.

5) Criss Angel doesnt smile in pictures because... (and is it a coincidence that my friend thought you were smiling in a picture with me, but it didnt come out when we developed the pictures?!)
We will have to take another and see...

6) You seem very dedicated to your art, does it bother you that some of your female fans return because "Criss is hot"?
People like what I do for different reasons - some for artistic, some for the surface - let's face it I'm not curing cancer.

7) Now that Submerged is over, care to share any thoughts on the experience?
It was nothing compared to what I have planned next "Oasis"

8) With Mindfreak expected to close in January, what are your future plans?
My second TV special, new CD, DVD and the start my tour MINDFREAK.2
